HRMS-Digitalization of Employee Service Register
The Government of Telangana has issued a circular regarding the digitalization of Employee Service Registers (S.R.) as part of the implementation of the Human Resources Management System (HRMS).
Key details from the circular include:
- Objective: To modernize administrative frameworks, improve transparency and accountability, and provide real-time access to employee information.
- System Capabilities: The HRMS will eventually support modules for e-Pensions, payroll processing, leave management, and career tracking.
- Action Required: All Secretariat Departments and Heads of Departments must upload scanned copies of Service Registers for all regular employees through Drawing and Disbursing Officers (DDO) logins on the IFMIS portal.
- Deadline: The digitization process must be completed on or before May 31, 2026.
- Verification: Departments must ensure that uploaded scanned copies are clear, complete, and properly verified.
- Nodal Officers: Administrative Departments at the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Telangana Secretariat are required to nominate and register a senior officer as a Nodal Officer for HRMS monitoring.
