Panel Inspection Teams for the year 2026-27

 

    This summary outlines the instructions for the constitution and operation of District-level Academic Panel Inspection Teams for the 2026-27 academic year in Telangana.

**Team Constitution and Deployment*

  * Teams established for the 2025-26 academic year will continue to serve for the 2026-27 academic year.

  * Any vacancies must be filled according to previously established procedures.

  * District Educational Officers (DEOs) are responsible for finalizing team memberships and uploading details to the School Education Department's online portal.

  * Teams are organized by school type:

      * Primary Schools: One team per 100 schools.

      * Upper Primary Schools: One team per 100 schools.

      * High Schools: One team per 50 schools.

  * Drafted teachers act as full-time inspection members, and DEOs must ensure school operations continue without teacher shortages. Individual members visit schools independently to maximize coverage.

*Roles and Responsibilities*

 **Supportive Supervision:** Members must observe at least two subjects per school visit, record findings in the Telangana School Education Application, and provide detailed pedagogical feedback in the Academic Guidance Register. Primary and Upper Primary members must conduct spot assessments every two months.

  **FLN Competent Schools:** Members must visit identified high-enrolment "FLN Competent" schools monthly to provide academic support to teachers.

  **Complex Meetings:** Members are responsible for planning agendas based on observed gaps, training Mandal Resource Persons, and attending meetings to evaluate their effectiveness.

  **Reporting:** Members must submit weekly visit reports to the DEO and monthly reports to Mandal Educational Officers. They also assist in district-level review meetings.
