Counting Of Seniority
@ ఒకే డీఎస్సీ ద్వారా నియామకమయి నియామకము ఉత్తర్వులు వెలువడిన 30 రోజులలో డ్యూటీలో చేరిన వారందరి పేర్లు సీనియారిటీ ప్రాతిపదికన సీనియారిటీ లిస్ట్ తయారు చేస్తారు. నిర్ణీత గడువు తర్వాత చేరిన వారిని ప్రభుత్వ అనుమతితో) సీనియారిటీ లిస్ట్ చివరన వ్రాస్తారు. ఒకరి కన్నా ఎక్కువ ఉన్నచో వారిని మెరిట్ ప్రాతిపదికన వ్రాస్తారు. డ్యూటీ (duty)లో నిర్ణీత కాలములో ఎవరు ముందు చేరిన వారిని లిస్ట్లో మొదటగా వ్రాయరు.

@ APSSR 1996: Rule 35. FIXATION OF SENIORITY IN THE CASE OF TRANSFERS ON REQUEST OR ON ADMINISTRATIVE GROUNDS:-
(a) The seniority of a member of a service, class or category transferred from one unit of appointment to another unit of appointment, on administrative grounds, shall be determined with reference to the date of seniority of such member in the former unit.
(b) The seniority of a member of a service, class or category, who is transferred on his own request from one unit of appointment to another unit of appointment, shall be fixed with reference to the date of his joining duty in the latter unit of appointment.
